Ready to move forward with renting space here at Celebration Pointe? To get started, simply fill out our Event Request Form at least two months in advance to avoid additional charges. With a simple click to submit it, your event request will go to our fantastic management team for review. Then, they’ll take it from there!
Now, let’s talk about costs. All general information can be found here, but you should know that the initial charges vary based on the time of year, services requested, and additional event details. Here’s a quick peek to give you a ballpark idea:
- 1-49 People: $500
- 50-99 People: $750
- 100-250 People: $1,000
- 251+ People: Contact us for a custom quote
All quotes include two hours of event use plus two hours total for set up/break down. Additional charges may apply for catering, housekeeping, photography/video, promotional support, security, set up/take down, sound tech, stanchions/fencing, tables/chairs, and valet.
Additionally, outside food and beverages are not permitted, but don’t worry — we want to ensure everyone has a delicious time at your event. You can arrange food and beverages with any of our on-site restaurants, including:
