Celebrate Florida Football With Gator Talk at Celebration Pointe

There’s a reason they call Celebration Pointe the Place “Where Gators® Come to Celebrate.” It’s football season and nobody cheers on the Florida Gators quite like us. This season, there’s a stacked lineup of Gators mania at Celebration Pointe, including the ever-popular Gator Talk show, every Thursday at 7 pm, a must for any Gators fan.

What is Gator Talk?

Gator Talk is a weekly coaches’ show on all things Gators Athletics. Each Thursday from 7 – 8 pm, Gators coaches and staff discuss the current Gators season and answer fan questions. For the second year running, the live broadcast of Gator Talk calls Celebration Pointe home. The show also airs on Gator IMG Sports Network, on GatorVision, and on TuneIn. The best part? You can attend it live!

Gator Talk offers the inside scoop on the Gators Athletics teams you know and love, including football, volleyball, baseball and basketball, during their respective seasons. If you are itching to ask the coaches a question, check out the Gator Talk schedule, or submit a question.

Who Attends Gator Talk?

Gator Talk is a star-studded affair. So far this season, Gator Talk has hosted an array of special guests, including the likes of Mick Hubert, the Voice of the Gators Gators, Head Volleyball Coach Mary Wise, and, of course, Head Football Coach, Dan Mullen.

During the course of Gator Talk, these special guests will share their thoughts on their team’s performance, their predictions for the season, and answer fan’s questions. Once the broadcast is over, you can even chat with the coaches or get their autograph! If that doesn’t get a Gators Fan pumped, we don’t know what will.

Where is Gator Talk?

Gator Talk rotates to exciting new Celebration Pointe venues every season. Starting September 12, Gator Talk will find a new home at The Keys Grill & Piano Bar, Celebration Pointe’s newest dining experience. At The Keys, you’ll enjoy fresh seafood, delicious cocktails and a built-in stage where you’ll be able to watch Coach Dan Mullen discuss the Florida Gators Football season.

Even More for Gator Fans

If you’re looking for even more ways to celebrate the Gators football season, then you’re in luck! Celebration Pointe also hosts Chomp the Block, a free outdoor celebration. Come to Celebration Pointe on November 8th and enjoy live music, delicious food, lawn games, kids’ activities and more! And don’t forget, Celebration Pointe is now open container friendly, so you can enjoy beer and wine while walking around the promenade as well.

And if you’re going to a Gators game, you can still have fun at Celebration Pointe before heading to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium with the RTS Gator Shuttle Service that stops at Celebration Pointe for home football games. Park in the convenient Park-n-Ride lot, before boarding the Gator Aider headed straight to the stadium. You won’t miss the stress of trying to find a parking space near the stadium amongst all the traffic and crowds!

Of course, you can always pick up some Gators memorabilia from Celebration Pointe retailers like Palmetto Moon and The Nike Factory Store before the games. And if the Gators are playing away, you can get into the spirit by watching the broadcast with your best buds at Miller’s Ale House.

We hope to see our fellow Gators fans come out and show support for the team this season. The fans make Celebration Pointe truly the place Where Gators® Come to Celebrate.
