Calling all Gator Fans!
We’re thrilled to announce that Gator Talk, the University of Florida’s coaches’ show, is coming to Celebration Pointe for the upcoming 2018 Gators Football and Basketball Seasons. Coach Mullen of the Florida football team, Coach White of the Florida basketball team, and other key position coaches will speak live from the Celebration Pointe City Walk stage for the weekly Gator Talk radio shows that feature news, discussions, interviews, and more. Celebration Pointe was named the new host of the weekly show as part of an exclusive partnership between Celebration Pointe and the University of Florida Athletics Association.
The coaches’ show will be an excellent kickoff to the variety of sports-related events going on every weekend at Celebration Pointe- where Gators come to Celebrate. Passionate fans can head to City Walk on Thursday evenings, grab a slice of pizza or a beer, and listen to insights straight from the minds of the UF basketball and football coaches. Bring your favorite tailgate chair to set up on the green.
The University of Florida is a major part of Gainesville’s culture, with orange and blue around every corner. Celebration Pointe is excited to partner with the Gator Nation for the 2018/2019 athletic season. Events like the Nike Factory Store Grand Opening and Gator Talk at City Walk will allow fans of all ages to gather and Celebrate what it truly means to be a Gator.
We hope you’ll join us in celebrating Gator athletics alongside other fans at these exciting events. Gator Talk will be held from 7:00-8:00 PM on the City Walk stage, with the first show on August 23, 2018. In the meantime, visit Celebration Pointe for shopping, dining, entertainment, and more!
