It’ll be “The first picture show” at what is called a new “luxury” movie theater in Alachua County. Regal Cinemas has announced Regal Celebration Pointe 10 and RPX will open a week from Sunday.
Preview events with some movie showings will take place from that day through April 10th. The grand opening will be Thursday, April 12th.
Throughout the opening week, movie-goers can get discounts, including $3 movies, popcorn, and soft drinks, with proceeds benefiting the March of Dimes, Ronald McDonald House, and Child Advocacy Center.
