Too often, hitting the gym means going solo. Or maybe working with a personal trainer one-on-one. F45 takes a different approach. A team approach that puts in a variety of exercise routines with a group of other people dedicated to getting fit. The F stands for Functional training that’s a mix of circuit and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style workouts geared toward everyday movement. The 45 represents the amount of minutes it takes to complete the workout. At the end of the session, your heart will be pumping and sweat will be dripping. The results will soon follow.
We’re open 7 days a week for your convenience
Mon - Sun: 6 AM - 6 PM
At every class, your trainers and teammates will push you to be your best. You’ll notice an increase in energy levels, metabolic rate, strength and endurance. From cardio to resistance to hybrid workouts, you’ll burn 750 calories during your 45 minute session.
We are open 6 AM-6 PM for members who want to maximize their body's full potential.
