Welcome to MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza. It’s an awesome slice of Italy right smack in the Celebration Pointe Promenade. You walk in and it’s like you’re relaxing in Naples, with a friendly staff and amazing cuisine. They’re all about keeping it real with their open kitchen where you can see the pizza pros doing their thing – tossing dough like it’s an art form.
The Neapolitan tradition lives here. It’s all about simple, fresh, all-natural ingredients. Let’s start with the dough. It stays true to the Neapolitan heritage by being made with only four fine ingredients: non-GMO double zero flour imported from Naples, pure water, sea salt and live yeast. Their pizzas have the highest quality mozzarella and toppings that’ll make your taste buds sing. All placed into the wood-fired oven that gives the crust that perfect chewy char you can’t forget.
